Motul holds track day in Clark Int’l Speedway

Motul Superfast track day promotes responsible, safety driving

Owners of 80 supercars and more than a hundred tuned JDM cars recently held the first Motul Superfast track day at the Clark International Speedway to promote responsible and safety driving.

“One of our goals also is to let our patrons experience the real performance and engine protection qualities of Motul fully synthetic oil and lubricants. This track day is an offshoot of the Mile Run event six years ago held in Subic. Motul patrons clamored for this event, so Autoplus organized this track day with the help of JP Tuason and Edward dela Rosa of Flatout Racing,” said Carlos Gono, organizer of the Motul track day.

The activity was filled with exotic cars from Italy, Germany, USA, and Japan, which burned some serious rubber and carved up some asphalt. Notable super cars that saw action at the track included a limited Edition Lamborghini Super Trofeo, Aventador S, Huracans; Ferrari 355’s, 360’s, 430 Scuderia’s, 458’s and a Ferrari California. Porsche were also represented with a bevy of 993’s, 996’s, 997 GT3’s, GTR RS’s, and two 991 GT3 Mk’s. Other cars include a tuned Nissan GT-R, a rare Mustang Shelby GT350, and sports cars from Aston Martin and Lotus Exige.
