Drive and feel what makes Mazda special at the Jinba Ittai Academy

Happening this weekend at the corner of 9th and 38th at Bonifacio Global City

If you’ve ever wondered what makes Mazda truly unique, then head on over to the corner of 9th and 38th in Bonifacio Global City this weekend for a one-of-a-kind test drive event.

Bermaz Auto Philippines, the official distributor of Mazda in the country, has set up a special event called the Jinba Ittai Academy where customers, clients, and the general public can drive and experience what Mazda is all about.

The exhibition event is centered around the concept of jinba ittai; a unique Japanese concept that conveys a oneness -a harmony, so to speak- between the rider and the horse. Mazda incorporates this concept into their vehicles by crafting the feel, the ergonomics, and driving characteristics of all their cars to be driver centric and fun to take out on the road.

Visitors can test drive many of Mazda’s models such as the CX-5, CX-3, Mazda3, Mazda2, and Mazda6 in a closed course with expert instructors from the Philippines and Malaysia such as rally champions Vip and Ivan Isada, as well as veteran Malaysian racing driver Ian Khong. Participants will undergo a presentation to show what Jinba Ittai is, and briefed on the cars and the course itself.

Many of Mazda’s models will also be on display, and all of which come standard with a special technology called G-Vectoring Control; a system that improves handling by smartly managing drive performance when cornering.

The Mazda Jinba Ittai Academy will run from today until Sunday, November 26. Interested drivers can visit the event space at the corner of 9th and 38th near Uptown Mall in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
