As a result of the successful partnership between Volkswagen Philippines and Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings Inc. (GCMI), the two recently inaugurated the Volkswagen Iloilo dealership at the upper ground level of SM Iloilo.

Volkswagen Iloilo is the company’s second dealership in the Visayas, the first one being in Bacolod. The Iloilo dealership is expected to push the brand more aggressively in the Central Philippines particularly in Iloilo, Capiz, Antique, Aklan, and Panay Islands, where the demands of premium European brands have grown strong especially among professionals.

Volkswagen Philippines considers the Iloilo dealership as an important additional dealer network, as it moves the brand closer to Filipinos nationwide. It also puts the premium motoring lifestyle within reach.

Volkswagen Philippines was launched in the country on September 27, 2013 under the Ayala Corporation. It spearheaded the first five dealerships in the country – Bonifacio Global City, Taguig; Quezon Avenue; Greenfield District Service Center at Sheridan, Mandaluyong City; Molito in Alabang, Muntinlupa; North Reclamation Area, Cebu City; and Volkswagen Pampanga.
